研究方向:

(1)超构光子学;

(2)二维材料能谷电子学;

(3)有机激光器件。

主要科研项目:

1、  国家自然科学基金青年基金,二维过渡金属硫化物的室温谷极化调控与非易失存储研究,2024.1-2026.1230万元,主持。

2、  565net必赢客户端引进人才科研启动基金项目,基于手性微结构的非易失性谷极化存储器研究,2022.12-2025.1210万元,主持。

主要学术成绩/奖励荣誉:

主要从事光学、超材料、二维材料和光电功能器件等相关领域研究,熟悉微结构的加工工艺,光电器件的表征与测试等工艺。参与国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金项目若干项。获得东南大学优秀博士毕业论文、东南大学优秀三好学生、华为奖学金等,并在国内外知名学术期刊发表论文20余篇。其中,以第一作者与通信作者Advanced Optical MaterialsACS Applied Materials & InterfacesApplied Physics LettersOptics Express 等国际高水平光学期刊上发表SCI论文9篇,授权国家发明专利2项。
