主要学术成绩/奖励荣誉:

江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,长期从事生物医学信息学及系统生物学相关研究,具体包括:(1)整合多组学数据研究复杂疾病发生发展过程的转录调控机制;(2ncRNA在复杂疾病中的cross-talk及调控规律挖掘;(3)基于合成致死策略的潜在药物靶点研究。近5年来,以第一/通讯作者身份在Briefings in BioinformaticsGenes & DiseasesJournal of Lipid ResearchComputational and Structural Biotechnology JournalFEBS Journal等期刊发表30多篇SCI论文,授权专利3项。
